Use this document to communicate your event needs to the campus service departments that support these areas.

MediaVision Request Form
Request AV, Video, and Event Services from MediaVision: Download and fill in the Request Form and email it to mediavision@020sashuiche.com. MediaVision will contact you about availability and confirm the details of your request.
Event Security and Safety
Special events may require police or security officers. Staffing guidelines will be determined by the Division of Public Safety. Contact publicsafety@020sashuiche.com for more information.
